Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee
Job Summary
The Project & O&M Executive will be responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, monitoring, and maintenance of engineering solutions within the renewable energy sector. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution, system performance monitoring, and timely issue resolution. The candidate will also provide technical support, conduct training sessions, and assist in the successful delivery of projects and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for the installation, commissioning, and handover of projects and devices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during installation and operational phases.
- Monitor and manage project performance through the company's monitoring portal and related platforms.
- Support customers and stakeholders by explaining and demonstrating the functionality of the Suryalog Portal, CRM system, and cloud-based monitoring solutions.
- Conduct technical training sessions and product demonstrations for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Perform site visits for inspections, commissioning activities, maintenance support, and project evaluations.
- Introduce and explain company products, devices, and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and service records as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements during project execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in the Renewable Energy or Solar Industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment with a 6-day working schedule.
- Ready to travel extensively for project-related activities and customer support.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work with intensity, ownership, and a results-driven approach.
- Creative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems, electrical installations, and monitoring platforms will be an added advantage.
