Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our automobile dealership in Ratlam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Organize employee engagement and retention programs.
- Partner with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the Automobile/Dealership industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and payroll processes.
- Ability to handle a diverse workforce and work in a fast-paced environment.
