Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
- Provide product/service information and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and suggest improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage customers professionally
