Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle attendance, leave management, disciplinary actions, and HR documentation.
- Oversee onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, and exit processes.
- Coordinate and conduct POSH training and ensure legal compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Plan employee engagement activities, annual events, and recognition programs.
- Manage Performance Management System (KRA/KPI & Appraisals).
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and HR processes.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and organizational development.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations and HR Management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRMS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
