About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, and be able to build positive relationships with employees.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees.
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and employee integration.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Help maintain company culture and employee satisfaction.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Assist managers in employee performance reviews.
- Track employee goals and development plans.
- Support training and development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,800.00 per month
