- Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD designs to plan tool fabrication.
- Machine Setup: Program and operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
- Tool Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble raw materials into functional jigs, fixtures, and molds.
- Quality Inspection: Measure and verify tool dimensions using micrometers, gauges, and laser trackers.
- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot defective equipment and perform routine maintenance to minimize production downtime.
