Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and understand their career aspirations.
- Counsel students over calls and provide information about courses and programs.
- Recommend suitable learning solutions based on student needs.
- Build and manage a strong lead pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Guide students throughout the enrollment process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Counseling, or EdTech.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
