We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage post-installation customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle post-installation customer complaints and service requests
- Coordinate site visits and rectification work
- Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers & service vendors
- Coordinate with project and installation teams
- Track service requests and ensure timely closure
- Maintain service records and monitor customer satisfaction
Preferred: Experience in Interior / Home Renovation / Construction industry.
