Job Description – Quality Control Executive (Fresher)
Position: Quality Control Executive (QC) – Fresher
Department: Quality Control / R&D
Location: Daman
Industry: Lubricants / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct physical and chemical tests as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and test methods.
- Maintain accurate test records, reports, and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO procedures, and company guidelines.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Support senior QC team members in audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities.
- Handle samples, chemicals, and equipment safely as per safety guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E. Chemical Engineering
- Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience).
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of chemical testing and laboratory practices
- Understanding of MSDS, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts (if required)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fresh graduate with interest in laboratory and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
