Essential Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. Familiarity with computers and knowledge of software and applications relevant to civil works, developing bill of quantities, cost estimates, tender specifications, overseeing day- to- day maintenance works etc., is a pre-requisite.
Experience and Age: Minimum 10 years experience including onsite supervision/ planning is essential. Familiarity with standard schedule of rates, analysis of rates, relevant specifications and quality control measures will be necessary. Exposure to computer applications relevant to drafting, structural designs and quantity estimation etc will be an added advantage Experience of working in Government establishments handling civil works through CPWD or related agencies is essential. Retired persons and persons with local language will be preferred. The candidate should be below the age of 45 years. The engagement will be purely contract basis through NAAC empanelled outsourcing agency.
Tenure: Initially for a period of one year, further extendable based on satisfactory performance.
