AVI8 Flight Academy is a leading aviation training institute helping students build successful careers in Pilot Training, Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, and Aviation Management. We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to help us attract and convert high-quality student inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for Pilot Training, Cabin Crew, and Ground Staff courses.
- Manage lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Research and identify potential student prospects.
- Create and optimize lead generation strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up of leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Explore new lead sources including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referral programs, and educational platforms.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation or Digital Marketing.
- Experience running Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly lead targets.
- Experience in the Education or Aviation industry is an advantage.
