- Record customer concerns and accurately prepare service requests.
- Explain available services, maintenance packages, and repair options.
- Provide cost estimates, expected timelines, and service updates.
- Recommend value-added services, maintenance plans, and accessories where appropriate.
- Support the achievement of service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate vehicle or product inspections with technicians.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
- Verify that all service work is completed according to company quality standards.
- Ensure proper delivery of serviced vehicles or products, explaining the work completed and any future maintenance requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and courteous service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with service technicians, spare parts, warranty, and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate service records, job cards, invoices, and customer information.
- Document customer interactions, approvals, and service history.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service procedures.
