- Strong experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) / OmniStudio development.
- Proficiency in:
- OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards
- Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration
- Good understanding of E&U Cloud data model — Accounts, Service Accounts, Meters, Usage Points, Service Orders, and Products.
- Familiarity with Vlocity OmniStudio best practices (version control, deployable packs, caching, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Experience in end-to-end integration
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
