Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration. Candidates with prior experience in the construction industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of HR experience.
- Construction industry experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience handling blue-collar and site workforce recruitment is an advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
