Role Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in Ujjain. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting content on a mobile device and editing videos for personal branding campaigns.
You will work closely with founders, business owners, and content creators to produce engaging short-form and long-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot videos using a mobile phone for personal branding content.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.
- Cut, trim, and organize raw footage into engaging content.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, and graphics where required.
- Enhance video and audio quality for professional output.
- Perform basic color correction and sound synchronization.
- Create platform-specific content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the content team to maintain brand consistency.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Ability to cut, trim, and enhance video and audio quality with smooth transitions.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, subtitles, color grading, and sound syncing.
- Understanding of aspect ratios, file formats, and optimization for social media platforms.
- Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with After Effects, Canva, or basic animation.
- Knowledge of social media content trends and personal branding content.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or diploma holder with relevant video editing experience.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in content creation, personal branding, or social media editing will be an advantage.
