Position 1: Experienced Freight Brokers (Male/Female)
Location: Sector 74, Mohali
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Freight Broker Responsibilities:
- Handle US-based logistics operations and transportation
- Manage OTR & Drayage loads
- Find and coordinate carriers for loads
- Build and maintain relationships with US clients, agents, and partners
- Develop business opportunities in the US import/export market
- Handle complete sales cycle – lead generation, quoting, negotiation, and closing
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments
- Provide customized logistics solutions as per client requirements
- Manage customer support, shipment updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and billing teams
- Maintain CRM records and regular reporting

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: +2 / Graduation
- Minimum 1 year experience in US Logistics / Freight Brokerage
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM tools and logistics platforms
- Ability to handle US clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Understanding of freight regulations, customs, and Incoterms
