Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our Technical Support team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering technical assistance, managing customer interactions through telephonic support, and providing support for operating systems, Ubuntu/Linux environments, networking, IoT platforms, and AI-based solutions. The Technical Support Engineer will focus on technical troubleshooting, customer support activities, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Experience: 2–6 years of Technical Support experience with strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu/Linux, and Networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage customer telephonic support calls effectively and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Operating Systems (Windows & Ubuntu/Linux).
- Provide technical support for networking issues, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and connectivity.
- Support and troubleshoot IoT platforms and connected systems.
- Assist in supporting AI-based applications and technical operations.
- Analyze customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and closure.
- Maintain documentation of support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Ensure service quality and adherence to response timelines.
- Work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication and customer interaction skills.
- Experience in telephonic technical support.
- Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows & Ubuntu/Linux).
- Strong understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN, Connectivity).
- Hands-on knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.
- Basic understanding of AI-enabled solutions and support processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
