Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – Life Care Poly Clinic & Legal Aid Department
Location: Life Care Poly Clinic
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointments for doctors and legal consultants.
- Register patients and legal consultation clients and maintain their records.
- Collect consultation fees for medical and legal services and maintain accurate payment records.
- Issue receipts and prepare daily collection reports.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries related to the clinic and legal department.
- Coordinate with doctors, legal consultants, and administrative staff for smooth operations.
- Maintain patient files, client records, billing documents, and administrative registers.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management.
- Manage front desk operations and assist in day-to-day administration.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and client information.
- Support management in organizing camps, awareness programs, and other activities of the foundation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet, WhatsApp, Billing Software).
- Ability to handle cash, maintain records, and work responsibly.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, NGO, law office, or administrative role will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and performance.
