We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Durgapur team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the IT industry. You will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT services or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and events as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12th pass or equivalent or more
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT sector. (Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of web and mobile technologies.
