As a Workplace Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of workplace services across multiple locations. This includes managing space planning to optimize the use of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing onsite support to maintain smooth operations. The role requires coordinating various resources and leveraging available tools and data to create efficient and high-quality work environments. The practitioner works to ensure that workplaces remain safe, functional, and well-maintained, fostering an atmosphere that supports employee productivity and aligns with organizational objectives. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of workplace conditions are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve workplace service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on workplace management goals.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance overall team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Field Service Management FSM.
- Strong knowledge of workplace service management principles and space planning techniques.
- Experience in coordinating safety compliance and facility maintenance activities.
- Ability to analyze workplace data and utilize technology solutions to optimize facility operations.
- Skilled in managing onsite support functions to ensure seamless workplace experiences.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to address workplace challenges effectively.
