We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer to provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and hands-on expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale full-stack applications. This role requires deep technical knowledge in Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular, combined with strong system design skills and the ability to mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive engineering excellence.
As a Principal Engineer, you will be the go-to authority for complex technical problem solving, solution design, and long-term technology strategy, ensuring that our front-end and back-end systems are reliable, scalable, and future-ready.
- Lead end-to-end technical ownership of full-stack applications built on Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, coding practices, and design patterns across front-end and back-end teams.
- Design scalable, maintainable UI architectures in Angular and robust service layers in Node.js/TypeScript.
- Evaluate and introduce emerging frameworks, tools, and technologies to maintain competitiveness.
- Drive scalability, performance, accessibility, and security improvements across the application stack.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, and solution validations for critical projects.
- Provide guidance in cloud-native and hybrid deployments (AWS/GCP/On-Prem) and containerized delivery.
- Influence technology roadmaps and align engineering outcomes with organizational goals.
- Mentor, coach, and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and adherence to quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders through technology vision.

- 12+ years in software engineering with deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular, including component architecture, RxJS, state management, and performance optimization.
- Solid experience in front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Strong experience in system design, distributed systems, concurrency, caching, and messaging (Kafka, PubSub etc.).
- Solid knowledge of databases (RDBMS: PostgreSQL/MSSQL, NoSQL: Redis/ElasticSearch).
- Strong experience in cloud-native / hybrid architectures (AWS, GCP, On-Prem).
- CI/CD, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Strong exposure to observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
- Proficiency in design patterns, system design, and high-level architecture blueprints.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks across front-end and back-end.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12–16 years of professional experience, including significant leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record as a Principal Engineer / Senior Architect / Technology Leader in enterprise-grade software systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
