About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team at Mind Weavers.
We work across social media, websites, digital advertising, podcasts, and brand campaigns, so the role offers plenty of variety.
You don’t need to be an expert in both graphic design and video editing. If you’re strong in either one and interested in developing the other, you’re welcome to apply.
What You’ll Work On
Graphic Design
- Social media creatives, carousels, posters & campaign designs
- Website graphics, thumbnails, banners & visual updates
- Creative ads for Meta & Google Ads
- Event, educational & brand communication materials
Video
- Reels, social media videos & promotional content
- Podcast video editing and related content
- Video shooting and basic camera setup
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing
- Good eye for composition, typography, colour and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working with creative direction and feedback
- For video: basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, lighting and audio
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines
Tools We Use
Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
Photoshop · Illustrator · InDesign · Premiere Pro · After Effects
and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
