About the Role
Way2Advertize is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executives to join our growing Insurance Sales Team.
If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about sales, this opportunity is for you. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and premium details in a simple manner.
- Build customer trust and maintain professional communication.
- Follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update daily call status.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality service.
Eligibility
- Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
