We are passionate about our Vision
80% of the workers across the globe are Deskless. These are the people who keep our lights on and gas flowing, build roads and bridges, run our manufacturing factories, ensure that we get healthcare service, and provide us reliable phone and internet connectivity. As entrepreneurs, have we considered solving their problems and making them more productive?
If you are still reading, and connect compassionately about this underserved segment, come and join us to drive Technology Equity in the global workforce.
At Zinier, we are on a mission to enable these 3 B Deskless Workers achieve greater success for themselves and the world around them. Guided by a deep understanding of their needs, we design software experiences that enable every Deskless Worker to excel in the field.
Why we exist
Services shape how we live. Electricity lights up our homes. The Internet opens up our worlds. Cellular phones keep us connected no matter where we are. We take for granted the things we can turn on with the flip of a switch. But when even one of the services we depend on isn't available, the day can quickly start to go sideways.
For organizations that provide these services, some of the most important work happens in the field — in neighborhoods, across open spaces, and along millions of last miles that criss-cross the country. Every moment of downtime matters, which is why Zinier exists. Zinier empowers organizations to work smarter — from the main office to the field — to solve problems quickly, fix things before they break, and keep people in the rhythm of their days.
To do this, Zinier has created a scalable platform powered by AI-driven insights and intelligent automation that helps field service teams work smarter, better, faster, and more efficiently. We help organizations automate routine tasks so the people in the field can focus on putting their expertise to work. We work with customers in telecom and energy.
What we're looking for
As the Solution Development Lead for the Partner Implementation Pod, you will be the core technical anchor driving the delivery velocity of our global partner ecosystem. This is a high-visibility, seed-team role designed for a technically savvy, self-driven leader who thrives on turning complex technical requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box solutions.
You will lead a specialized, lean Partner implementation team that heavily leverages Generative AI/AGI tools to fast-track setups. Your immediate mission will be defining, building, and packaging the "Golden Build" baseline packages that unblock parallel global rollouts for our key strategic partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Anchor the Golden Build: Drive the technical definition, packaging, and validation of foundational baseline packages—including core product configurations, critical system fixes, and standard enterprise module bundles—to enable rapid, high-volume tier deliveries.
-
Own the Integration Roadmap: Partner directly with external professional services and engineering teams to architect and deliver standardized, out-of-the-box system integrations and workflows.
-
Delivery & Execution: Take end-to-end technical ownership of the initial baseline implementations for incoming partner channels, establishing steady-state processes for ongoing, repeatable deployments.
-
Team Management: Lead the Solution Development team to deliver high-quality configurations, manage resource allocation, review Statements of Work (SOWs), and establish JIRA task boards to meet strict project timelines.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work directly with Project Managers, Product Managers, and QA Leads to manage expectations, review issues, and escalate platform or infrastructure dependencies to core product engineering.
-
Best Practices & Optimization: Design and implement environments with performance, security, and scalability in mind, bringing modern software development best practices (such as automated validation and regression pathways) into the team's delivery workflow.
-
Requirements Ownership: Author and update technical requirement documentation based on change requests, solution constraints, and UAT feedback.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field).
-
Experience: 6–10 years in technical consulting, client services, or solution delivery in an Agile/Sprint environment, with clear experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
-
AI-Assisted Productivity: Demonstrated experience leveraging Generative AI tools and coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or LLM-based tools) to accelerate development velocity, code generation, and debugging.
-
Core Technical Stack:
-
Strong expertise in JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model), JSON, and MySQL.
-
Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous orchestration engines.
-
Proficient understanding of Git and code versioning workflows.
-
Architecture & Tools: Strong UML/architectural diagramming skills; proficient with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent project management and ticketing systems).
-
Experience customizing SaaS solutions and Enterprise applications (workflows, integrations, complex data models, databases) is highly preferred.
-
Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, creative problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of reliability when engaging with global stakeholders across diverse backgrounds.
