- Ensure upselling of menu items, wines, and promotions to maximize revenue
- Check daily restaurant setup (cleanliness, mise-en-place, table arrangements).
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor service sequence and ensure SOP compliance.
- Maintain billing accuracy and cash/credit handling as per hotel policy.
- Assist in banquet setups, conferences, and special events when required
