Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our Interior Design & Construction team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and promoting our interior design, renovation, and construction services.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain interior design, renovation, and construction services.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹10,500 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
