Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be essential as you work to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Banking. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with software testing and debugging techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
