Job Title: Business Development Associate (B2C Sales)
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and counsel prospective students/customers.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups.
- Handle objections and guide candidates through the admission process.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
