About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Executive who can build meaningful relationships with media, corporate organizations, government bodies, and industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and networking skills and have a proven ability to secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for projects, events, and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company's brand image and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, corporate leaders, government departments, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for company projects, conferences, summits, campaigns, and events.
- Prepare compelling sponsorship proposals, partnership presentations, and pitch decks.
- Draft press releases, media notes, speeches, newsletters, and other official communications.
- Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, interviews, and event publicity.
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute PR campaigns, promotional activities, and event communications.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
- Support crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the confidence to represent the organization before clients, sponsors, media, and government officials.
- Demonstrated ability to raise sponsorships, build partnerships, negotiate collaborations, and secure funding for projects or events.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month.
