Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.
Must have skills : FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS)
Good to have skills : Finastra Fusion Loan IQ

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the overall application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, ensuring that security, application programming interfaces, and regression processes are thoroughly evaluated. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and report defects, contributing to ongoing improvements that elevate the quality and reliability of software products within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate testing processes and recommend enhancements to optimize quality assurance efforts.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, and security testing.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and defect tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (ACBS).
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
