Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Kindergarten Academic Coordinator to oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, teacher coordination, and the overall learning experience of KG students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the Kindergarten academic curriculum.
- Guide and support KG teachers in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Monitor teaching quality and student learning progress.
- Conduct academic reviews, assessments, and teacher meetings.
- Ensure engaging, child-friendly, and activity-based learning.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic development.
- Organize academic events, activities, and school programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed./Early Childhood Education preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Kindergarten/Primary education or academic coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of child development and activity-based learning.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and classroom observation skills.
