We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining company services, and generating leads.
Responsibilities:
✔ Make outbound calls to prospective customers
✔ Explain products/services and answer customer queries
✔ Follow up with interested leads
✔ Maintain call records and customer database
✔ Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
✔ Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Positive attitude and convincing skills
✔ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
