Job Summary:
Seven Solar Energy is looking for a hands-on, energetic, and technically sound Solar Site Engineer to support the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in and around Morbi. The ideal candidate will have basic field experience and a strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to clean energy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Site installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
- Supervise site work, coordinate with technicians, and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Support project planning and day-to-day execution under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct site surveys, including measurements, shadow analysis, and feasibility checks.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical/structural issues during installation.
- Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with project managers.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the internal execution team.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- 6 months to 2 years of on-site experience in solar EPC or electrical installations.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV components, wiring, structures, and inverters.
- Ability to read basic layout drawings and understand system configuration.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and be present on project sites daily.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with residential or industrial rooftop projects.
- Knowledge of net metering process and safety compliance.
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or mobile-based reporting apps (a plus).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
