- Supervise and manage segregation of aluminium and plastic materials as per grade and specifications.
- Identify different types of plastics (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, PVC, etc.) and aluminium grades.
- Ensure proper sorting to avoid contamination and maintain material purity.
- Monitor and improve segregation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, and recycling teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of segregated materials and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and company standards.
- Train workers on proper segregation methods and handling procedures.
- Analyze rejection rates and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain reports on material yield, scrap percentage, and recovery rates.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in material segregation, recycling, or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of aluminium grades and plastic identification techniques.
- Understanding of recycling processes and waste management standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
