Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR & Admin Executive with minimum 1 month of experience in recruitment and administrative activities. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Screening resumes from job portals
- Scheduling interviews and follow-up with candidates
- Maintaining employee records and HR database
- Handling joining formalities and documentation
- Supporting day-to-day admin activities
- Candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with employees and support management in day-to-day activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
- Maintain office files, records and documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Immediate joiners preferred
Working hours: Monday to Saturday - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Salary: 10k to 20k
