We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and help attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (from job posting to offer stage)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
