Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and tech-savvy marketing executive to support and execute offline marketing activities in the agriculture sector. The role involves coordinating field-level campaigns, dealer and farmer engagement activities, branding initiatives, and supporting sales teams with market activation programs.
The ideal candidate should have experience in rural/agri marketing, strong coordination skills, and comfort using digital tools for reporting, planning, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate offline marketing campaigns across assigned territories
- Organize and monitor activities such as:
- Van campaigns
- Field days
- Farmer meetings
- Crop demonstrations
- Dealer engagement programs
- Agri exhibitions and promotional events
- Develop and suggest field-level marketing strategies to support sales teams
- Coordinate with sales teams for effective campaign execution
- Support branding and promotional activities in rural markets
- Maintain activity reports, campaign data, and field updates using digital tools
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies for promotional materials and campaign logistics
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and collect market feedback
- Assist in planning seasonal marketing and product promotion activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 2–5 years experience in offline marketing, agri-marketing, or rural marketing
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of:
- Excel
- Google Sheets
- Reporting tools
- Presentation preparation
- Digital communication platforms
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel and field activities
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and distributors

Candidates with experience in:
