- Drive academic excellence in IIT JEE & NEET programs
- Manage faculty, counsellors, and operations teams
- Own admissions, revenue targets, and local outreach initiatives
- Enhance student outcomes, engagement, and parent satisfaction
- Build a high-performance, result-driven culture at the centre
- 5+ years of experience in the education industry
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership/centre management role
- Strong exposure to offline IIT JEE / NEET coaching operations
- Excellent leadership, communication & business acumen
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹13,956.16 - ₹46,972.13 per month
