Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Handle project-based sales by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and sales performance reports for management.
- Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and business development activities.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
