Sales Executive – Doctor & Hospital Onboarding
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to onboard them onto our healthcare platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for working in the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard doctors, clinics, and hospitals onto the platform.
Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to explain platform features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and administrators.
Understand the needs of doctors/hospitals and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
Support doctors during onboarding, account setup, and initial usage.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Healthcare, Marketing, Business Administration).
1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, pharma field work, medical device sales, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical or product information clearly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, or hospitals.
Experience in SaaS platform onboarding or healthcare technology is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,360.89 - ₹36,857.50 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thane, Maharashtra (Thane)
