Job Responsibilities
- Handle travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable domestic and international travel packages.
- Prepare tour quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Assist clients with visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online booking portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
