Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Administration Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities, employee uniform and safety gear distribution, statutory records, and professional tax-related documentation. The candidate should possess good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee uniforms, safety shoes, and other staff welfare items.
- Coordinate procurement, issuance, and stock records of uniforms and safety equipment.
- Maintain and organize legal files, agreements, licenses, and other statutory documents.
- Handle Professional Tax registration, documentation, and related compliance activities.
- Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in statutory compliance and government-related documentation.
- Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative matters.
- Ensure proper filing and record management of all administrative documents.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential records.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
Qualification
- Any Degree.
- Experience in Administration functions will be an added advantage.
