- High-Volume Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and hiring large batches of customer support or technical agents quickly.
- Onboarding & Induction: Managing joining formalities, compliance paperwork, and new-hire training.
- Attendance & Payroll: Tracking shifts, leaves, and processing data for accurate salary disbursement.
- Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, addressing staff burnout, and conducting exit interviews
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
