We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to oversee HR operations across our division. You will be responsible for streamlining talent acquisition for fast-paced projects, managing labor relations, and ensuring strict adherence to regional labor laws and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll processing for both corporate staff and on-site daily wage workers.
- An extensive search of candidate profiles through the internet, referrals, and available databases like job portals, headhunting, social media platforms, and references.
- Implement performance management systems tailored to project milestones and deliverables.
- Continuous follow-ups with candidates during their interviews and until their joining.
- Maintain HR process compliances and keep track of employee leaves and other entitlements.
- Conduct activities and informal activities to engage employees, improve their bonding with their
- team/managers, reduce grievances and improve the overall productivity of the company.
Requirements:
Experience with full-cycle recruitment and employee grievance handling is a PLUS.
Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience.
Proficient with MS-Office applications – WORD, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail, well organized and should possess the ability to work in a fast-moving environment/start-up environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
