We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, and street-smart Trainee Site Engineer / Junior Site Supervisor to assist with daily site execution, labour coordination, estimation, material tracking, measurements, and project updates.
Responsibilities:
- Visit project sites daily and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with labour, vendors, subcontractors, and senior team members.
- Take site measurements and assist in quantity checking.
- Prepare basic project estimations and support BOQ/quantity calculations.
- Understand material requirements and help estimate project costs.
- Ensure work is done as per instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
- Send daily site photos, videos, and progress updates on WhatsApp.
- Track material usage and inform the office before shortages happen.
- Help maintain basic site records, attendance, and work reports.
- Support billing, measurement books, and project documentation when required.
- Report site issues immediately and follow up until resolved.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of civil construction, interiors, or estimation.
- Should be street-smart, alert, practical, and able to handle site situations.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, materials, BOQ, and costing is preferred.
- Must know how to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic phone documentation.
- Two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with the right attitude can apply.

The candidate should be able to think practically, communicate clearly, handle labour and vendors, understand site problems, and help estimate work quantities and material requirements.
