ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a data-driven, creatively curious Digital Marketing Executive to manage performance, organic, and social campaigns for our brand clients. You will be responsible for running campaigns that scale results, reduce costs, and tell brand stories that audiences genuinely engage with.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
– Develop and implement organic social media strategies for brand clients across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
– Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content planning for SEO improvement
– Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush
– Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting to improve ROAS and reduce cost-per-acquisition
– Collaborate with the content and design team to develop high-performing digital assets
– Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and emerging ad formats
– Manage budgets effectively and maintain clear reporting dashboards for internal and client review
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management across paid and organic channels
– Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO tools such as Google Search Console or SEMrush
– Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and data interpretation to drive decisions
– Understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution models
– Strong written communication for captions, ad copy, and client reporting
– Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to multi-task across client accounts
GOOD TO HAVE
– Experience managing digital campaigns for sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
– Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
– Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
