Key Responsibilities:
- Employee onboarding (OJT) and policy training
- Technical training coordination (OSS, Machine Training)
- Skill evaluation, testing, and certification management
- Strengthening teamwork and communication
- Managing promotion structure and career path
- Talent retention and HR documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong experience in training & development
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
