Job Location: Mumbai – on site
Qualification: DCE / BE in Civil Engineering
Experience: 4- 7 years of post-contract work experience in billing and related activities
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant IS Codes
Job Description:
- Proficiency in Billing, Reconciliation, and Rate Analysis
- Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions
- Preparing and certifying RA Bills
- Ensuring compliance with AutoCAD drawings and IS Codes
- Collaborating with project teams for accurate billing and documentation
- Ensuring timely submission of all billing documentation
- Managing budget and cost control for ongoing projects
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desired profile:
- The candidate must have expertise in Billing, Reconciliation, and Rate Analysis
- The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in post-contract work, including the preparation of RA Bills and handling reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
