Job Title:– Branch Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Development Manager to oversee branch operations, business growth, team management, and client satisfaction for our immigration office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing admissions, managing staff, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the branch efficiently.
- Develop business strategies to increase client conversions and revenue.
- Supervise counselors, marketing staff, and visa filing teams.
- Monitor branch targets and performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Handle escalated client issues professionally.
- Plan branch promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and immigration procedures.
- Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
