- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Collect and verify joining documents.
- Prepare appointment letters, ID cards, and employee files.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee personal records and HRMIS data
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
- Ensure accurate employee data for payroll and statutory compliance
- Support compliance activities related to PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Assist during audits and inspections
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
